About me
Hendrik Hamme is a qualified systemic therapist, supervisor, and educator with over 15 years of professional experience in psychotherapy, social work, and adult education. He holds degrees in both social work and systemic therapy and has practiced in Germany, the UK, and Spain. His clinical expertise includes systemic family and couples therapy, EAP counseling, and psychosocial diagnostics.
Since 2021, he has served as CEO of Hamme-Solutions, offering psychotherapy, coaching, and consultancy. In 2025, he became Director of the European Institute for Mental Health in Veliko Tarnovo, where he leads strategic programs, international partnerships, and professional training initiatives.
His core competencies include systemic therapy, leadership and organizational development, didactics in adult education, international collaboration, and complex case consultation. Hendrik is also an experienced lecturer and trainer in the field of mental health and social care.
He works fluently in both English and German and is passionate about promoting accessible, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based approaches to mental health across Europe.
