Did you know that your vagus nerve influences your digestion, your heart, your immune system, and even your mood? When it is not functioning properly, a variety of problems may occur – such as anxiety, mood disorders, or depression, just to name a few.
The vagus nerve can be retrained in different ways when it becomes dysregulated, helping to calm and restore balance to all the systems it affects.
My work is to coach you and provide you with the tools to regain control over your nervous system. This is done through the Safe and Sound Protocol using filtered music, somatic exercises, and by teaching you how your nervous system operates in daily life.

At the European Institute for Mental Health, we offer a variety of workshops and group sessions designed to support mental and emotional well-being. These events cover a wide range of topics such as stress management, emotional regulation, relationships, grief, burnout prevention, mental health awareness and much more. Workshops may be led by our internal team or by carefully selected external specialists and professionals, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise.
In addition to workshops, we also provide space for therapeutic groups that meet on a regular basis. These small, confidential groups offer a supportive environment for individuals to share experiences, build resilience, and grow together under the guidance of a qualified therapist. Topics and formats vary based on group needs and current offerings.
